All CTAP Service Centers, except Oakland, will be open during normal business hours from 9 AM to 6 PM on Friday, July 3rd. The Oakland CTAP Service Center will be closed on Friday, July 3rd.

4/29/2009. DDTP/CTAP RFP Opportunity: Equipment Processing Center (Contact Center and Warehouse).
The CPUC released a Request for Proposal on April 27, 2009. All prospective bidders are invited to respond. The deadline for draft bids is July 08, 2009, with final bids due August 18, 2009. The CPUC released a Request for Proposal for the DDTP's next generation relay services on January 21, 2009. All interested telecommunications relay service providers are invited to respond.
