California Relay Service is available from three relay providers: GoAmerica, Nordia, and Sprint. All offer the full range of relay services: TTY, ASCII, Internet, Video, Speech to Speech, Voice Carryover ( VCO ), and Hearing Carryover ( HCO ).

If you have a problem with the Communication Assistant (CA) or the services provided by a particular relay service provider, call the Customer Service number for your CRS provider (see numbers above, under each specific Relay Service).
If you are unable to resolve your problem:
1. You can contact the DDTP Consumer Affairs Specialist at (877) 546-7416 (TTY) or (877) 546-7414 (Voice). Or, you may contact us via e-mail.

3. You can appeal to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) by going to http://www.cpuc.ca.gov . Further appeal may be made to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html.
*Telephone numbers that begin with 900/976 allow you to access information programs that have been established by independent promoters. These 900/976 numbers are also referred to as "pay-per-call" services because you pay a certain amount each time you place a call to them.
Some pay-per-call services also start with 976. Regardless of how you access the pay-per-call service, charges are not regulated. You may be required to pay a flat rate or a per minute charge each time you dial the number. Promoters are free to set whatever charge they want for a call. Charges may range from $.50 per minute to $99 a call. There may be a minimum charge as well as additional fees based on the length of the call. For instance, the cost may be $3.95 for the first minute and $.95 for each additional minute.
